Lynne M. Meyer

Hail and well met! Here you can learn a little about me, my TTRPG work, and how to get in touch. Let's create together!

“What an astonishing thing a book is. It's a flat object made from a tree with flexible parts on which are imprinted lots of funny dark squiggles. But one glance at it and you're inside the mind of another person, maybe somebody dead for thousands of years. Across the millennia, an author is speaking clearly and silently inside your head, directly to you. Writing is perhaps the greatest of human inventions, binding together people who never knew each other, citizens of distant epochs. Books break the shackles of time. A book is proof that humans are capable of working magic."

Some of the lovely things folks have said:

About Me

I'm a queer, autistic, chronically ill femme editor, writer, and sensitivity consultant from Chicago. Since 2023, I've been living my best Leslie Knope life in Indiana as a full-time editor for Paizo. An advocate for inclusive games, I was named a 2021 Queer in Games Awardee by Rainbow Game Jam and a 2019 New Voices in Gaming scholar by Tabletop Network. My writing credits include the acclaimed Uncaged Anthology, Chromatic Gamut, and the forthcoming All the Witches. Before becoming part of the games industry, I was an interfaith and diversity educator and activist. I hold a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School, a Master of Jewish Studies from Spertus Institute, and multiple certifications. For over a decade, I worked in higher education; my multifaceted role within Student Affairs included religious and non-religious worldviews, multicultural affairs, gender and sexuality services, and civic engagement. I've spoken and published in numerous outlets, national and international, on the subjects of interfaith cooperation, civic engagement, and diversity, including the Parliament of the World’s Religions in 2015 and 2018.I'm an em dash enthusiast, a passionate defender of the Oxford comma, and probably drinking way too much coffee right now.
